PTTEP Issues US$350 Million of International Bonds

PTT Exploration & Production Public Company Ltd. (PTTEP), the upstream subsidiary of Thailand’s state-owned oil company, has issued US$350 million of 2.993% international bonds due 2030 (USY7150MAF42). The bonds were issued in denominations of US$1,000 and priced at 100% of face value. Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, HSBC, and Societe Generale acted as book-runners for the bond offering. The bonds have been listed for trading on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
